By accessing or using Kushville ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Kushville. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any reason, including violation of these terms or disruptive behavior.
Kushville charges a one-time registration fee for game access. Payment is processed by Stripe or via USDC on the Base blockchain.
All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service and waive any right to a refund. If you experience a technical issue preventing access after payment, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Kushville contains virtual items and in-game currency ("Bucks"). These have no real-world monetary value. You do not own virtual items — you hold a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the Game. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items or currency at any time.
Kushville features simulated casino games (slots, blackjack, etc.) that use in-game currency only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost in these games. The casino is for entertainment purposes within the Game environment. In-game currency used in the casino has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value.
This is not real gambling. This is not a licensed gambling platform. If you have concerns about gambling behavior, please seek appropriate resources in your jurisdiction.
Kushville may in the future issue a digital token ("$KUSH") on the Base blockchain. Regarding this token:
Kushville may offer NFTs with in-game utility. Any NFT purchases are final. NFT utility within the Game is subject to change. NFTs are not investments and we make no guarantees regarding their value.
Nothing on this website, in the Game, or in any associated communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. Any decisions you make based on information related to Kushville are your own responsibility.
Don't harass other players. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation. Don't attempt to manipulate game systems. Don't impersonate staff. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
All content in Kushville — code, art, music, text, game mechanics — is our property or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Kushville is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Game will be free of bugs or errors. We may modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kushville and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Game.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
Kushville uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Privy (authentication and wallets), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kushville and its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Game, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Kushville. If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
