When you use Kushville, we collect:

• Account information: Username, and wallet address generated through Privy authentication.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe or via on-chain USDC transaction. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles that.
• Game activity: In-game stats, actions, purchases, casino activity, grow operations, room customization, chat messages, and session data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and session tokens for authentication.

2. How We Use It

• To provide and operate the Game.
• To process payments and verify account access.
• To track in-game activity and maintain leaderboards.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To improve the Game based on usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Privy — Authentication and embedded wallets. Subject to Privy's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — Database hosting. Data stored on their infrastructure.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use session cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in and store game preferences. These are essential for the Game to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

5. Blockchain Data

Your wallet address and any on-chain transactions (USDC payments, future token distributions) are recorded on public blockchains. This data is publicly visible and cannot be deleted. This is how blockchains work.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).

Accounts that have not completed payment are automatically deleted after 48 hours.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.

8. Children

Kushville is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted sessions and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure. Use the Game at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
